For brand accounts
Brand guide — running your own affiliate program
How to set up your brand on Vamofy, invite partners, track sales on your own website, and pay people what they earned. Written so anyone can follow, even if you've never run an affiliate program before.
You are a brand account when you signed up at vamofy.com/signup/brand. Brand accounts run their own affiliate program on Vamofy directly — you add your brand, create an offer, partners apply to promote it, you approve, they share links, sales show up here, and you pay them.

8 parts, 28 steps
Read from the top if you are new, or jump straight to the part you need right now.
Welcome
What this is, in plain words
Read this part first. It explains the whole picture so the rest of the steps make sense.
- Step 1
What a brand account is
A brand account on Vamofy is for people who run a business and want other people (partners) to bring customers to them.
You add your brand — for example, your store or your service — and you decide how much you pay for each sale, sign-up, or install. Partners apply to help you. You approve the ones you want. Vamofy gives them a special link that points to your website. Every time someone uses that link and buys something, Vamofy records the sale and shows you what you owe the partner.
- Step 2
The two kinds of people
There are two kinds of people in your account. Knowing who is who makes everything else easier:
- You — the brand. You run the business. You decide who can promote it and how much they earn.
- Partners — people who help you bring in customers. They make share links and banners. You approve each one before they can earn anything.
- Step 3
How a sale flows
Here is the whole flow, so you know what to expect on a normal week.
- 1. You add your brand and create an offer (the deal you want partners to promote).
- 2. You set up tracking on your website — a small piece of code that tells Vamofy when a sale happens.
- 3. Partners ask to join your offer. You approve the ones you like.
- 4. They share their links. Customers click and visit your website.
- 5. When someone buys, your tracking code tells Vamofy. The sale shows up on your reports.
- 6. Partners ask for a payment. You pay them on PayPal and mark it paid here.
First-time setup
Getting your account ready
These are the things you do once at the start. Take your time — getting them right saves you headaches later.
- Step 4
Finish your account
If you have not already, finish signing up. Vamofy will ask for your email, a password, and the name of your business.
You will land on the Overview page. The first thing you'll see is a setup checklist. Follow it from top to bottom. Each step has a button that takes you to the right place.
- Step 5
Add your brand
Open Brands in the left menu. Click Add brand.
Type the name people will see (for example, 'Acme Store'), pick a short address (lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes — like 'acme-store'), and add your website. You can come back later and add more brands under the same account.
Save. Your brand is now ready to host offers.
- Step 6
Create your first offer
An offer is the deal you want partners to promote. Open Offers in the left menu and click Create offer.
Give it a clear name (for example, 'Spring sign-up bonus'), choose which brand it belongs to, and pick how partners get paid:
- Percent of the sale — for example, 20% of every purchase.
- Fixed amount — for example, $25 for every new customer.
- Per action — pay for a sign-up, a lead, or an install instead of a sale.
- Step 7
Set up sales tracking
This is the most important step. Tracking is how Vamofy knows when a customer reached your website through a partner and bought something.
Open Sales setup in the left menu. Vamofy will show you three options:
- Pixel — a small piece of code you paste into your website's purchase page. Works for most stores and is the easiest to set up.
- Postback / server — a URL your shop calls after each sale. Best for shops that already have a way to call other systems.
- Manual import — for shops with no website tracking yet, you can confirm sales by hand from the Reports page.
- Step 8
Upload some banners (optional)
Banners are images partners can put on their own websites. Open Banners in the left menu.
Upload one or two images that look like ads for your brand. The most common sizes are 728×90, 300×250, and 160×600. Vamofy gives partners a small piece of code so they can drop the banner on their site, and every click goes through your tracking.
You can skip this step if your partners only share links. Banners help when partners run their own blog or website.
Day-to-day
Working with partners
This is where you spend most of your time once the setup is done.
- Step 9
Where partners find your offer
Partners who signed up on Vamofy see a Marketplace page that lists every public offer. If your offer is public, it shows up there with the brand name, what you pay, and a button to apply.
If you only want to invite specific people, switch the offer to private. You'll get an invite link you can send by message or email — only people with the link can apply.
- Step 10
Review a partner application
When a partner applies, they show up in Partner requests in the left menu. The page lists each one with their name, the website or social channels they listed, and the offer they want to promote.
Click a name to see their details. Then decide:
- Approve — they can start making share links and using banners right away.
- Decline — their request closes and they cannot earn anything on this offer.
- Step 11
Pause or remove a partner
Open Partner requests, find the approved partner, and click Pause. A paused partner can still sign in and see what they already earned, but their links stop earning new commissions.
Use this when someone is breaking your rules or running ads that hurt your brand. It is reversible — you can re-activate them at any time.
- Step 12
Look at how a partner is doing
From Partner requests, click a partner's name to see their performance: clicks, conversions, money earned so far, and how much you owe them.
Use this when you want to know who your top partners are or to spot anyone earning nothing — they might need a nudge or a better creative.
Money
Reading the reports
Reports is where you see how the program is doing. All the tracking is automatic — here is what each part of the screen means.
- Step 13
Your overview screen
Overview is your starting point. At the top you'll see four numbers: how many brands you have, how many offers are live, how many requests need your review, and how much partners have earned in total.
Below that, you'll see your most recent activity — new applications, recent sales, and recent payouts. Click any item to dig deeper.
- Step 14
Clicks and sales
Open Reports in the left menu. The top of the page shows three big totals: how many people clicked partner links, how many bought something, and how much you've paid out in commissions.
Below the totals is a list of every sale, with the date, the brand, the partner, and the commission. Each row has a status:
- Pending — your tracking code reported the sale but you haven't approved it yet.
- Approved — you confirmed the sale is real. The amount counts toward the partner's payout.
- Rejected — the sale was cancelled or wasn't a real sale.
- Step 15
Approve or reject a sale
Some shops let returns happen for a few days after a sale. Vamofy holds new sales as Pending so you have time to check before the partner gets the commission.
Open Reports, find a Pending row, and click Approve or Reject. Approving locks the commission for the partner. Rejecting removes it.
If you don't care about a holding period, you can switch your offer to auto-approve in the offer settings — every sale becomes Approved as soon as it comes in.
- Step 16
Banner views and clicks
If you uploaded banners, Reports also shows how many times each banner was served (how many people saw it) and how many clicked. Use this to spot which creatives are working and which are dead weight.
Payouts
Paying your partners
Vamofy does not move money for you — you send the actual payment outside (PayPal, bank transfer, Pix). Vamofy keeps the record so nobody loses track.
- Step 17
How a payout works, end to end
A partner sees they have enough earned to ask for a payment. They open Payments on their side, type their PayPal email and the amount, and submit.
You see their request in Payments. You approve it (this reserves the money so they cannot ask twice). You send the actual payment from your PayPal. Then you come back and click Mark paid.
- Step 18
Approving a request
Open Payments in the left menu. Every waiting request shows the partner's name, their PayPal email, and how much they want.
Click Approve to lock the amount. The partner now sees 'Approved, waiting for payment' on their side.
- Step 19
Sending the actual money
Go to PayPal (or whatever you use) and send the amount to the email shown in the request. Keep the transaction ID for your records.
- Step 20
Marking it paid in Vamofy
Come back to Payments and click Mark paid on the request. The partner's status flips to Paid and the amount comes off their balance for good.
If you marked something paid by mistake, message support — Vamofy keeps an exact record so we can fix it.
Bonus
Other useful things
- Step 21
Add a second brand under the same account
Open Brands and click Add brand. Each brand has its own offers, banners, and reports. Use this when you run more than one store or service under the same business.
Partners apply to each offer separately. The same partner can promote both brands if you approve them for both.
- Step 22
Change your account profile
Open the menu next to your name at the top right. Update your business name, your email, and your password whenever you need.
Use a memorable display name — partners see it next to your offer in the marketplace.
- Step 23
Switch the app language
Use the language switcher (top right of every page). Vamofy works in English, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish. Pick whichever feels most natural — your choice is remembered.
- Step 24
Reset your password
Go to vamofy.com/login, click 'Forgot password?', and type your email. Vamofy sends a reset link that works for one hour. Open it, pick a new password, and you're back in.
Sharing
Sending tutorials to your partners
These tutorials work outside the app too — you can send any of them as a link, and the person can read them without signing in.
- Step 25
Send the partner tutorial
When you approve a new partner, send them the partner tutorial right after. Use the copy button on the share box at the bottom of this page.
It explains everything they need: how to apply to offers, how to create links and use banners, how to read their earnings, and how to ask for a payment.
Tips
Helpful things to know
- Step 26
Test your tracking before going public
Before you approve a lot of partners, place a test order on your own website using a partner link. Wait a minute and look at Reports — the sale should appear with that partner's name. If it doesn't, your tracking is not wired up correctly.
Better to find this with one test partner than with twenty real ones.
- Step 27
Read your minimum payout
Vamofy holds a small minimum on every partner — they can only ask for a payment once they have enough earned. This avoids tiny payments. You'll see the number on each request.
- Step 28
Where to get help
If anything looks wrong, open the page where the problem happens and write to support. Include a screenshot. The faster you can show us what you see, the faster we can fix it.
If a partner gets stuck, send them the partner tutorial link from the box below. The link works for anyone — even before they sign up.
