For master affiliates
Master affiliate guide — your handbook
Everything you need to know to promote brands, earn your payout, invite your own affiliates, and get paid. Written for everyone, even if you have never done this before.
You are a master affiliate when someone (the owner) invites you into their Vamofy account. As a master affiliate, you make share links, earn a payout on every sale you bring in, and you can invite your own affiliates.

Affiliate
You promote brands on behalf of someone else (the owner). Every time you bring a sale, you get a payout from it.
You can also invite your own affiliates. If they bring sales, you both earn — they get a smaller payout, and you keep the rest.
- Step 2
How a sale flows
1Make a share link
2Share it
3Conversion comes in
4Balance grows
5Get paid
Here is how a sale moves from start to finish:
- 1. You make a share link for a brand.
- 2. You post the link wherever you want — Instagram, WhatsApp, your blog, your YouTube description.
- 3. Someone clicks it and buys something on the brand's website.
- 4. The sale shows up in your dashboard within minutes to a few hours.
- 5. When you have enough saved up, you ask for a payout.
- 6. The owner sends you the money on PayPal.
Joining
Signing up and getting approved
- Step 3
Sign up
Click the invite link the owner sent you. It looks like https://vamofy.com/join/their-account.
Pick a username (this is how the owner knows you, and how every sale gets tagged), an email, and a password.
- Step 4
What 'pending' means
Right after you sign up, your status is 'pending'. The owner needs to look at your application and click Approve.
While you wait, you can sign in and see a quiet screen that says 'we are waiting for the owner'. You cannot make share links yet.
If a day goes by without an answer, message the person who invited you. They might have missed the notification.
- Step 5
Once you are approved
You get full access to your dashboard. The 'New link' option turns on. You can start making share links right away.

- 1. Pick the brand you want to promote.
- 2. Choose where the link should send people — the brand's main page, a special offer page, or a lead-capture page (if the owner set one up).
- 3. Optional: write a short tag like 'instagram' or 'newsletter' — handy if you want to see which channel brought a sale later. You can leave it empty.
- Step 7
Save and copy
Your share link is ready

Every link you make is saved under 'Share links' in the menu, so you can come back and grab it again later.
- Step 8
Where to put the link
Anywhere you have an audience: your Instagram bio, a story, a TikTok caption, a WhatsApp message, an email, a YouTube description, your own website.
Don't worry if it looks long — what matters is that the page on the other end is exactly what your audience expects to see.

Earnings is your home screen. The big number at the top is your available balance — what you can ask for as a payout right now.
Below that, you will see your most recent sales. Each row shows the brand, the date, your payout for that sale, and a status.
- Step 10
What you see, what you don't
You see your share — the part that is yours. You do not see the original sale amount or the owner's profit. That is on purpose, to keep things tidy.
If you want to know your payout on a specific brand, ask the owner — they set it.
- Step 11
Looking at your history

Returned · $20.00
Customer cancelled or returned
Scroll down on the home screen for the full list of sales. Each one has a status:
- Pending — the brand has not confirmed the sale yet. Wait a few days.
- Approved — the brand confirmed it. The amount counts toward your payout.
- Reversed — the customer cancelled or returned. You will not get paid for that one.

Getting paid
- Step 12
How a payout works
You ask, the owner approves, the owner sends the money on PayPal, then marks it paid. Once that is done, the amount comes off your balance and lives in your 'paid' history.
- Step 13
Asking for a payout
Request a payment
Available: $245.50
Request paymentOpen Payouts in the menu. Type your PayPal email and the amount you want. The amount must be at least the minimum (you will see the number on the page).
Click 'Request payout' and you are done. Your status will read 'waiting'.
- Step 14
Tracking your payout
Request sentApprovedPaidHow a payment request moves Open Payouts at any time. Each request shows a status that moves through three stages:
- Waiting — the owner has not looked at it yet.
- Approved — they will pay you soon.
- Paid — money is on its way (or already in your PayPal). The amount has come off your balance.

Inviting your own affiliates
- Step 15
What a affiliate does
$100 conversion$100$60Owner$30Master affiliate$10AffiliateOwner$60 · 60%Master affiliate$30 · 30%Affiliate$10 · 10%How a $100 conversion gets split A affiliate is someone who promotes brands on your behalf. They get a smaller payout taken from your payout, and you keep the rest.
Example: you earn 40% of a sale. You give your affiliate 25% of your 40%. So out of every $100 sale, you get $30 and your affiliate gets $10.
- Step 16
Send your invite link
Open 'Your team' in the menu. At the top of the page is your personal invite link — it looks like https://vamofy.com/join/the-account/your-username.
Send it to anyone you would like as a affiliate. They sign up the same way you did.

After you approve them, they can make their own share links and start earning.
- Step 18
Set a affiliate's payout
Click on a affiliate's name. Set their payout — for example, 25% of your payout. Without a setting, they get 0% (you keep everything they bring in).
- Step 19
Send the affiliate tutorial
Right after you approve a affiliate, send them the affiliate tutorial link. It walks them through everything they need to do.
Use the copy button on the share box at the bottom of this page.
Extras
Pages, funnels, and pixels
These are the bonus tools you can use to make sales easier. None are required — share links alone work fine.
- Step 20
Use a funnel the owner shared with you
A funnel is a multi-step landing page — capture an email, show a thank-you, send to the brand. Open Funnels in the menu. You'll see every funnel the owner published to you.
Click one to copy its share link. If the owner allowed clones, you can also click Clone to make a copy you can edit. With the right permission, you can also create one from scratch.
- Step 21
Add a Meta or TikTok pixel
If you run paid ads on Facebook (Meta) or TikTok, you can paste your pixel ID into Vamofy so the platform learns when a conversion happens. Open Settings → Pixels.
Skip this if you don't run paid ads. It only helps when you spend money on those platforms.
- Step 22
Update your photo and name
Open Profile in the menu. Upload a photo and pick a friendly display name.
Your name and photo show up on the page where you invite affiliates. A real face makes them more likely to trust the invite.
Tips
Helpful things to know
- Step 23
Your username is your tag
Every share link you make has your username baked into it. That is how Vamofy knows the sale is yours. Don't try to edit the link by hand from somewhere else.
- Step 24
If a sale doesn't show up
Sales come from the brand's side, not from you. If you saw someone buy something on a brand's page but it does not appear here, give it a few hours — the brand sometimes takes a while to confirm.
If a full day goes by, message the owner. They can check it directly on Impact.
- Step 25
Reading the three balance boxes
Your Earnings page shows three money boxes at the top:
- Under review — sales the brand is still confirming. Don't count on this yet.
- Approved — the brand confirmed but hasn't paid Vamofy yet. Almost yours.
- Available — money you can ask for as a payment right now.
- Step 26
Switch the app language
Use the language switcher (top right of every page). Vamofy works in English, Portuguese (Brazil), and Spanish. Pick whichever feels natural — your choice is remembered.
- Step 27
Reset your password
Go to vamofy.com/login, click 'Forgot password?', and type your email. Vamofy sends a reset link that works for one hour. Open it, pick a new password, and you're back in.
- Step 28
Stay in the loop
Open Earnings every few days to keep up with what is happening. Owners appreciate active master affiliates and may give you a better payout over time.
Own offers
Promote the owner's own offers
- Step 29
What own offers are
Besides the big brands, the owner can list their own products and free courses. You promote them the same way — with a share link.
Some pay you per sale, some pay per signup, and some pay you later when a free signup upgrades to a paid plan.
- Step 30
Grab a share link
Open New link, pick "Your offer", and choose one. Your link sends people to the offer with your username attached, so the credit comes to you.
If anything is unclear, message the person who invited you. Keep this page bookmarked — the link is also under Tutorials in the menu.
